GuocoLand obtains S$730m green loan for Tan Quee Lan development
GuocoLand new luxury development above Bugis MRT at Tan Quee Lan Street has secured S$730 million loan from Singapore financial insttute.
Midtown Modern, be 2 tower of 30 storey development jointly development by GuocoLand, Hong Realty and Intrepid Investments. They won this 124,116 sqft land tender in Q3 2019, at S$800.2 million.
Atop Bugis interchange MRT, Midtown Modern will consists of 2 residential towers with more than 500 luxury homes, a retail space with F&B component accessible by the public.
2020 Guoco Midtown projects achieved Platinum award, BCA Green Mark.
